- Story Applicants: Full name, age, city, occupation, struggle journey details, and voluntary consent agreements.
- Community Donors: Name, email address, transaction reference, and optional public donor notes.
- General Visitors: Non-identifiable diagnostic metrics (browser type, device viewport, theme preferences).
2. Guest Anonymity & Editorial Consent
We honor our guests' right to voluntary anonymity. If an applicant requests to use a pseudonym or conceal identifying geographic locations to protect their family or current employment, we uphold this unconditionally. Guests retain 100% final veto authority before any podcast or YouTube documentary episode is published.
3. Zero Data Monetization & Payment Escrow
The Untold Voices never sells, rents, or monetizes user data. We do not store full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. All crowdfunding pledges route through bank-grade encrypted escrow payment gateways with direct allocation to verified guest accounts.
